It is NOT just the priests…


When I was a little girl my dad became a police officer in (at the time) a small village called Bourbonnais. We were required to move there.

I scrolled down to the comments of this article and found some one that had lived in an orphanage called Alfred Fortin Villa. From our new home in Bourbonnais I could see this orphanage when the corn was down across that field. I thought of those children. Wondering how they got there? Did they know their parents? I knew I did not have a “normal” situation growing up but at least I knew my parents!

Then as I read her comment my heart sinks to learn there was abuse right across the cornfield and they got a  way with it 😥

Angry? Yes? Should I be? I am not sure…

This religious practice is NOT of the God I love and follow!
