…. are in grade school/high school and they say they are sick. They say that can’t go to school!
“Oh you’re fine-no fever- get ready for school.”
When your children…
…are adults and they say they are sick. They say that they must go to work. They have no fever.
“I think you better stay home! You shouldn’t have to go to work when you’re sick! What’s wrong with your boss?! Want me to call in for you? Need some chicken noodle soup?”
What’s wrong with this “picture”!
Just a thought 😁❤️
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
Thank you for loving us, Dear Lord, not because of what we do or who we are! Nay! But because of Who You graciously and mercifully are!
17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
18 Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
…SMOKE FREE!! All glory and honor to the Good Lord not only for breaking that chain- but for not allowing me to be bound to it again! 🙏🏻❤️
1 Corinthians 10:13
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
