“But as the days of Noah were…”

Matthew 24:37-39

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Good morning!

John 3:16-17

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

“…THAT THE WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED .”

I get on Google to find information on stuff…sometimes there is so much that differs that I just click out.

I am always rest assured that God’sWord is ABSOLUTE TRUTH! I take comfort in many verses that the Good Lord gives us. John 3;16-17 REST ASSURED IS ABSOLUTE TRUTH FOR US! There is only one meaning and that meaning is EXACTLY what it says!!!

Scripture is the “Bread” we can  “eat” and be fortified with DAILY!

Hallelujah !🙏🏻❤️

Our hope…

…is found in Jesus Christ not through a charm on a charm bracelet 😔

I know someone that has a necklace full of charms of “saints” that are suppose to do “this and that”- this person is always sick and depressed 😔 This person will have nothing to do With me telling them that  God does not hear them through these “prayers”….it doesn’t help the situation when you have a “Christian fence sitter” tell them they understand why they do it!

Consider Christian, that all your . . .
trials and troubles,
calamities and miseries,
crosses and losses,
which you meet with in this world–is all the Hell that you shall ever have!

Here and now, you have your Hell.
Hereafter, you shall have your Heaven!

This present life is the worst of your condition–the best is yet to come!

Lazarus had his Hell first–and his Heaven last.
Dives had his Heaven first–and his Hell at last.

You have all your pangs, and pains, and throes here–that ever you shall have!
Your ease, and rest, and pleasure–is yet to come.

Here you have all your bitters–your sweets are yet to come!

Here you have your sorrows–your joys are yet to come.

Here you have all your winter nights–your summer days are…

My husband shared this with me:

https://www.christianity.com/church/worship-and-hymns/is-your-church-worship-more-pagan-than-christian.html

I have not searched this entire website but do agree with them on the music- I once was caught up in it- gave me that feel good feeling-.

Jesus -God’s Only Begotten Son- is the only way to God- sometimes we are put in situations that don’t make us feel good- they can be down right uncomfortable-what if that music that we depend on to lift us up is not available at the moment?

Our faith is not based on feelings- but rest assured we can trust God- The Lord tells us in Isaiah:

Isaiah 41:10 – Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

What a BRIGHT morning!!!

WOW!  This is streaming in our living room window this a.m.

These scriptures from God’s Word were brought to mind:

Revelation 21:23-25

23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
