“… for without me…”

John 15:5

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

HAVE A BLESSED DAY KNOWING AND BEING THANKFUL TO KNOW THAT WE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITHOUT HIM AND HIS DISCIPLINE AND LOVE!

THE LUKEWARM COMPROMISE OF JUSTIFYING CHRISTMAS REVELLERS (2018)

I pray more see the truth of exactly what Christ-mass truly is- I know it’s a “hard 💊 to swallow”- but it needs to be shared for the love of God’s TRUTH – His TRUTH- not mine ❤️❤️❤️

THE LUKEWARM COMPROMISE OF JUSTIFYING CHRISTMAS REVELLERS (2018)

 Michael Jeshurun

“For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.” [Rom 14:2]. This Scripture SHOULD NOT BE USED to justify ‘Christ-MASS’ revellers! The ‘Christian’ who rebelliously observes this Pagan Romish tradition is not like the ‘weak’ brother eating herbs . . . but either a rebellious Christian who wants to do his own thing or simply a ‘lost’ nominal ‘Christian’!!!

From what our Lord has said in the opening verses of Matthew 7 it might possibly be concluded that it is not permissible for us to admonish a brother or seek the amendment of his fault, yet further reflection should show us that that inference is entirely erroneous.

“Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him” (Lev. 19:17). How different…

You must keep the circus going!

Exactly!!!

Revival & Reformation

Whatever means you use to get people into the church, is precisely what you must use to keep them.

If you get them with a ‘religious circus’ then you must keep the circus going–you must keep up the entertainment.

If you get them with biblical preaching and teaching, then that will keep them and you will not need the entertainment.

“Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage–with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.” 2 Timothy 4:2-3

Mercy-Grace

I have been mad at God.

Blaming Him for all my problems.

Shaking my fist at the sky.

Calling Him names.

THANK GOD HE WOKE ME UP AND SHOWED ME HE WASN’T TO BLAME -HE WAS THERE TO SEE ME THROUGH!

THANK GOD FOR HIS GRACE.

HIS MERCY.

Grace is when God gives us what we don’t deserve.

Mercy is when God doesn’t give us what we do deserve.

The beginning!

The following verse is the first verse from God’s Word that the Good Lord used to drop the veil from in front of my eyes and from over my heart. This verse began to open up the Truth(s) of God and the lie(s) of Roman Catholicism to me.

It is a great verse to keep us on track with any false doctrines, religion or acts of religion.

JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY!

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

As far as gifts go…

… Jesus was not given gifts when He was born-He was given gifts when He was a young child in a house..

The Bible says so:

Matthew 2:11

“And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.”

There is a reason our God had it written in the Bible this way- we should not change-take away from the words-His Word.

The Bible says so:

Revelation 22:19

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Self-Sins!

Yessssssssss! All glory and honor to our living God for shedding light on our darkness!

We all have a number of self-sins:
self-righteousness,
self-pity,
self-confidence,
self-sufficiency,
self-admiration,
self-worth,
self-love and
a host of others like them!
These self-sins are not something we do, they are something we are–and therein lies both their subtlety and their power. They dwell too deep within us and are too much a part of our natures, to come to our attention–until the light of God is focused upon them.

The grosser manifestations of these sins–egotism, pride, arrogance, self-elevation, self-promotion–are strangely tolerated in Christian leaders, even in circles of impeccable orthodoxy! They are so much in evidence as actually, for many people, to become identified with the gospel. I trust that it is not a cynical observation to say that they appear these days to be a requisite for popularity in some sections of the  visible Church.

Promoting self under the guise of…
