“He does not leave the cross;…” THANK YOU, JESUS!!!

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me by Your generous Spirit. -Psalm 51:12 Our Lord, though He was forsaken of God, still pursued His Father’s work -the work He came to do. “My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?” But, mark you, He does not leave the cross; He does not […]

Isn’t it amazing…

…how God has made us to be able to taste~see~feel~smell~hear. He did that by using the dust of the ground…THINK ABOUT THAT! WOW! JUST WOW!

I realize some are born with out some of these senses or one may lose a sense (or more) because of an injury. I also know that they will compensate with another sense for the one they don’t have or have lost.  For example my brother lost his sense of taste due to a head injury but can “taste” through the use of the feeling of textures in his mouth. My niece is blind but the rest of her senses TOTALLY make up for what she can’t see with her eyes. Interesting enough she told me once when we were talking about the Lord one of the nice things that has come out of her blindness is that because she has no sight that she doesn’t have to shake images of Jesus seen everywhere! NOW THAT IS SEEING!!!

Genesis 2:7 – And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Rest TRUE Rest!

Many people get to go to exotic places, different states, or cities for *vacations* from their jobs and their everyday life’s.There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that and it is a blessing to many ❤ That being said, not many single or married moms and dads and even grandparents have that “luxury”. Many of them  have to work as many hours as they can to just make “ends meet”. I have been there~as so many of you have~The Lord carried me through and what a blessing to know that when we can’t leave any where  for a break~what ever the cause may be~ we can “rest” ! We have our Comforter~our TRUE Life Preserver~our TRUE Refresher! We can go to The Good Lord where ever we are and be instantly refreshed and comforted at the same time! Instant MINI “vacation”!  So when we are bound to everyday life and can’t get away we CAN “escape” and  “rest” in God through Jesus knowing HE has made a way for us by His finished work and we may enjoy “Rest which shall satisfy..” FOREVER!

Come! I Will Give You Rest
Matthew 11:28, 29

Come! I will give you rest,
Rest from your every care;
Come as you are, oppressed
With weakness and despair.
Come! I will give you rest,
Rest from the ceaseless strife;
Rest from the fear of death,
Rest from the din of life.
Come! I will rest impart,
Rest after toil and pain,
Rest to each trembling heart
Burdened with sin and shame.
Come ! ye with guilt oppressed,
Great though your burden be;
Come ! I will give you rest,
Rest built on pardon free.
Come! whosoever will,
No one will I deny;
Come! I will give to all
Rest which shall satisfy.
Come! I will give you rest,
Rest in contentment sweet;
Come! as a welcome guest,
Rest at your Saviour’s feet.
Come! I will give you rest,
Rest from the weight of woe,
Rest from the weary quest
For happiness below.
Come! I will give you rest,
Where earthly conflicts cease;
Rest on a Saviour’s breast,
Rest in the paths of peace.
Come! I will give you rest,
Rest in a Father’s love,
Rest in the mansions blest,
Rest in your home above.

If you read my previous post…

… you will know what I mean when I say this: The devil is going to throw something at me…I feel it coming because he forgets he is defeated BUT I have not! Some one is not going to like the peace that The Good Lord has given me BUT I have on the WHOLE ARMOUR OF GOD!

Ephesians 6:11-13

11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Our Oldest Grandson

We have been blessed with three grandchildren and a fourth one on the way any day now (none of them would have existed if the Good Lord had not of saved me one VERY DARK day when I called out to Him-ALL GLORY AND HONOR TO HIM THAT SITS ON THE THRONE!) .

Our oldest grandchild is a grandson and he will be seven very soon! I am not sure where the time goes sometimes! I do remember oh so clearly that day he was born into this world and the joy and the love and how blessed I felt like it was yesterday  🙂

Anyway, he has been dealing with headaches so bad they make him sick. Migraine like.

He went for an MRI yesterday and there is NO tumor ~ALL GLORY TO GOD~but he does have something called CHAIRI 1 Malformation (you can google if you would like). The first thing needed to be done is that his parents (our son and daughter (in law) ) will take him to a neurosurgeon to see what he says. He may require brain surgery~he may not.

I HAVE PUT THIS IN GOD’S HANDS WHERE THIS SITUATION BELONGS! He gave me “that peace that surpasses ALL understanding” last night and I want his parents to also have that as they “walk this walk”.

Where I am going with this post mainly is I am just amazed how God can give us peace at such a scary-unsure time…I love our grandson to pieces BUT I am TOTALLY confident in our Lord knowing He has got this and that many good things are going to come out of this. We must go through trials. We must rely on the Lord to lift us up so that we may be guided by His Holy Spirit to lift others around us up! WOW! JUST WOW! HE IS JUST SO GOOD! I just can NOT explain it sometimes!

I am not joyful about the situation-NO-I am joyful by the PEACE that only He can give us during this unsure time ❤ I am joyful because SOME ONE is going to see The Good Lord in the whole BIG picture!

In this world God through Jesus tells us we are gong to have hard times and persecution will befall us~ but because we have HIM ~because we trust HIM~because we have been gifted with the knowledge of John 3:16-18 we are allowed peace…PEACE SWEET PEACE! \o/ \o/ \o/

May you feel God’s peace through His Loving Son in what ever you may be facing today~In Jesus Name Amen and Amen ❤

I can not thank God…

…enough for this! Every day that I thank Him is not enough! The joy just spills out KNOWING what He has done for the people He has given breathe to! No not everyone will accept Him BUT OH WHAT A JOY TO THOSE THAT DO!

“One of the strongest arguments against celebrating Easter is that during this season, just as at the season of the Nativity, many more images of “Jesus” make their appearance to defile us.”

For Chris and Sherry Galatians 4:9-11 NKJV 9 But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? 10 You observe days and months and seasons and years. 11 I am afraid for you, lest I […]
