I am sorry…

…for those of you that do not want to rest in The Good Lord and have a joy and peace that surpasses ALL understanding.

I am learning what the following verses of *scripture mean. I am also learning that some people would rather live in their “muck and mire” then to ever admit their is a God that fixes and heals our brokenness.

The Lord says not to give to people knowledge that just want to refuse it. They are not wanting God’s knowledge. They are looking to trample on “you”. There are many that are keen enough to turn scripture on you. DO NOT FEAR THEM. We need to use discernment when dealing with the “dogs and swine”. We FEAR The Lord our God and what we share comes from HIM (it better anyway!). They are going against The Good Lord not “us” and we need not be offended personally about that.  God will take care of the situation in the way He sees fit.

FAITH, PEACE and JOY. We are blessed to have it!  Don’t let the devil steal it he has NO right to it. They are gifts given to us by God. The God that reveals Himself to us in everyway possible. ❤

*Matthew 7:6-8

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

  1. Thank you.
This topic also makes me think of Proverbs 26.4,5

    4. Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.

    5. Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.

I dealt with this very recently when someone was trying to bait me into a debate.

I didn’t take the bait to get into a sword fight of doctrine with that person.

But at the same time, I felt it necessary to give a minimum of response to stop him from running amok with his provocative badgering.

    That’s just my two cents.
God bless you, and I appreciate your zeal for our Lord. 👍
