“A soft answer has often been the means of breaking a hard heart”
Sometimes, silence is also the best answer.
*1 Peter 2:23-24*
23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
We need to check ourselves and let God’s Holy Spirit guide us in our language. When we are about to come against some one that we know is going to test us we can be confident He will give us the words to say! THAT IS AWESOME!!!
15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
We tend to keep telling ourselves what we are going to say. Well, you and I, both know when it comes right down to it “we” don’t say what we thought “we” were going to say!. “We” mess the situation up and sometimes make it worse (well MOST of the time!) when we just don’t simply REST in The Lord and let Him do the work. LET HIM GIVE US THE WORDS WE NEED! FAITH ❤
SEE! WE CAN TRUST HIM IN EVERYTHING ❤
